These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Illuminated Wellness, Ltd., services, including membership, website, and light and energy therapy sessions. By becoming a member, booking sessions, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

 

Illuminated Wellness is a membership organization offering non-invasive light and energy therapy sessions using colorful lights and energy fields (e.g., scalar waves, bio-photonic light). Sessions are for relaxation and wellness support only.

Important Disclaimer: Our services are not medical treatments. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. We are not liable for any adverse effects or outcomes from sessions.

2. Membership

​

  • Memberships are recurring (monthly/annual) and provide access to sessions, discounts, or benefits as described.

  • Payments are automatic via provided method.

  • Initial term: as agreed.

  • Auto-renews unless canceled with notice, as per your agreement.

 

3. Booking and Sessions

​

  • Book via website or contact us.

  • Arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten sessions.

  • Sessions last 1-2 hours.

 

4. Payments

​

  • Fees as stated at signup/booking.

  • No refunds except as required by law.

  • Failed payments may suspend membership.

5. Cancellation and No-Shows

​

  • Cancel/reschedule with 24 hours notice.

  • Late cancel/no-show: full fee or deduct from membership benefits.

 

6. Conduct

​

  • Respectful behavior required.

  • No inappropriate requests; sessions may end immediately with full charge.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service.

 

7. Liability Waiver

​

You participate at your own risk. You release Illuminated Wellness, its staff, and affiliates from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from services (except gross negligence).

 

Provide accurate health information; we are not liable for undisclosed conditions.

 

8. Intellectual Property

​

Website content is owned by us. No unauthorized use.

 

9. Termination

​

We may terminate membership for breach of Terms, with or without notice.

 

10. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of The State of Ohio.

 

11. Changes to Terms

​

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
